TCA may (depending upon your skin and strength used) in as little as 1 treatment significantly:

If it is the first time you use TCA then start with lowest strength and use that once every 4 weeks for 3 months. Then use higher strength every 4 weeks for 3 months etc if desired/needed. The concentration of TCA determines how good/fast results you get. Never use more often than every 4 weeks (except for 5% TCA that can be used weekly). Always wear suncream with SPF 30 or higher since your skin will be more sensitive. Avoid contact with eyes and if TCA accidentally comes in contact with eyes then rinse with water immediately for several minutes and seek medical assistance. For each treatment only apply 1 layer/1 time on skin - do not apply several times on the same area of the skin. How to use: 1) Remove excess oil from skin and remove makeup. 2) Apply product with the enclosed application sponge. 3) Leave on skin for 20 seconds and remove with water.
